Cafe MIXTLA - Tipica & Marsellesa Blend - Whole Bean Coffee

Cafe MIxtla is situated in among the coffee growing regions in the state of Puebla in Central Mexico. 

Tipica is known as 'the original' coffee plant, first generated in Ethiopia, from which all other varieties stem. 

This bag contains a blend of Tipica & Marsellesa varieties - producing a rich, dark cup with notes of red pepper and caramel. Truly delicious!
